Correcting Your Balance in Walbux

Walbux will always be working to reduce the error rate when syncing transactions, but unfortunately, errors do happen.

If you are syncing via Direct Connections, you will occasionally see a warning like this - letting you know that your balance in Walbux no longer matches what your bank records say:

Making the necessary corrections here shouldn't take long, provided you don't let more than a couple weeks pass without checking in on Walbux.

If you see that Walbux imported a duplicate transaction, click its checkbox and then click the DELETE button.

If you don’t notice any duplicates, it is likely that Walbux missed a transaction.  Log in to your online banking site and compare the transactions your bank lists with your transactions in Walbux.  Provided it hasn’t been long since you’ve been on Walbux, you should not need to scroll too far through your bank’s transaction list before you find the outlier(s).
