Your alert settings can be managed via Chase’s mobile app, however, if you have access to a computer, Walbux recommends using that instead: last time we checked, there were a few alert options listed on Chase’s website that were not listed in its mobile app.

  • Checking Accounts:
  • An outgoing wire transfer exceeds $X
  • An incoming wire transfer exceeds $X
  • A payment exceeds $X
  • A debit card transaction exceeds $X
  • An ATM withdrawal exceeds $X
  • An ATM deposit has posted to this account
  • An external transfer exceeds $X
  • A direct deposit greater than $X has posted to this account
  • A bill payment exceeds $X
  • An online deposit has been submitted to this account
  • Funds previously deposited to your account have been returned
  • Credit Cards:
  • More than $X is charged to my card for a single transaction
  • An international charge has been posted to this account
  • A gas station charge is authorized on my credit card
  • A credit is pending on my card account

*Set $X to the lowest value possible ($0.00 or $0.01 is ideal)

Alerts of this nature will not impact Walbux; enable them if you please.
